How to Complete Forms Completed in Error Running a Register IBCCC Report
  1. Locate the form by clicking on 'Click for all Broker Forms' in your 'My Favourites' widget.
  2. Click on the 'Complete' button for the Incident / Breach Form.
  3. Complete all the fields, and then click on the 'Submit' button
  4. You will receive a Form Confirmation message.
