Please note as of the 1st June if you have completed any CPD in the Learning Hub you do not need to complete a CPD Notification Form in CCX360.  The CPD training information is automatically transferred everyday at midnight  from the Learning Hub to CCX360.


This process will :
  • Update the CCX360 CPD Tracker with any points associated with the completed course
  • Include details of the course when clicking into the CPD Tracker widget on the CCX360 Dashboard
  • Include Steadfast LMS competed courses in any exports of the CPD Notification Form

This form allows staff to record any professional development that they have completed.

It records any points and hours associated with the specific development completed, which is then added to the CPD Tracker widget displayed on staff CCX360 Dashboards.

How to Complete
  1. Locate the form by clicking on the 'Click for all Broker Forms' in your 'My Favourites' widget.
  2. Click the 'Complete button for the CPD Notification Form.
  3. Complete all the fields.
  4. Choose the appropriate 'Status':
    • Draft - if you are waiting for a certificate as evidence of your CPD completion.  The Form will be saved and can be found in your 'To Do' widget on your Dashboard.
    • Finalised - you have completed the form.
  5. Click on the Submit button to save the form.

Upon completion of the form, your 'CPD Tracker' widget on your Dashboard will be updated.

Reopening a CPD Form

You can reopen your own finalised CPD Notification Forms or reopen someone else's if you are the Owner or Manager of the form.

Finalised forms are archived so you will need to search for the form that you want to reopen.

  1. Using your 'Search' widget on your Dashboard you can search as follows:
    • If you know the FormId, enter this in the search field; or
    • if you DO NOT know the FormID, type the word 'CPD' in the search field.
  2. Change the 'Status' to 'Finalised'
  3. Click on the Search button.  This will bring up all finalised CPD forms, and you can locate the form you need.
  4. Click on the form you wish to reopen and make any necessary changes e.g. add a certificate.
  5. Change the Status to 'Finalised.
  6. Click on the 'Submit' button.  This will save your changes and update your CPD Tracker if you have amended the CPD points or hours.



Forms Completed in Error

If a form is generated in error, or is duplicated, you can request to have this deleted.

Please note only your CCX360 Administrator can perform this action.  Please contact them providing the:

  • Form Name e.g. CPD Form
  • Form ID Number - see the image below for the location of the ID number
  • Reason for deletion - e.g. Generated in error.


Running a Register

Your CPD register can be exported by clicking on the shortcut within your 'My Favourites' widget on your Dashboard which will take you to the Registers page.


Locate the CPD Notification Form and click on the 'export' icon.


In the Export Builder select the filters required including:


1. Status

    Filter by the following Statuses:

  • All - results will include forms that are draft, active and finalised.
  • All Open - results will include forms that are draft and active ONLY
  • Draft - results will include forms that are draft ONLY
  • Active - results will include forms that are active ONLY
  • Finalised - results will include forms that are finalised ONLY

2. Date From/To

    Filter by a date range by selecting one of the following:

  • Date From/To - this date range refers to the date the CPD was completed. 
  • Created From/To - this date range refers to when the CPD Form was first entered into CCX360.
  • Updated From/To - this date range refers to when the CPD Form was last updated.

3. Once you are happy with your search criteria, click on the 'CSV Export Using Template' button.  

You will receive a notification that the results will be emailed to you.

4. The report will be emailed to the address entered in the email address field.  If you don't receive your report, please check your spam and junk folders.
