This widget contains links to key pages within CCX360 and will vary depending on whether you have administrator access of your site.

To Do

• This widget will display any form or task that you need "to do" - click on the item to open to review and take action.
• Once finalised, it will be archived and disappear off your To Do widget however can be found again.

Search

This widget allows you to simply enter a FormId number or key words to quickly search for forms or tasks.

CPD Tracker

• This widget displays CPD points and hours over a calendar year. 
• Click here for more information on the CPD Tracker.

Staff CPD Summary

• This widget displays a summary of all Staff's total CPD points and hours for the calendar year, previous years or financial years. 
• Staff who have nil points can be included in this summary.

My Forecast (Compliance Calendar)

This widget displays any task that you have been allocated to complete for the chosen time frame.

This widget displays a breakup of any open complaint in relation to the time it has been open from, to the date you first became aware of it.

Number of Complaints Received By Month

This widget displays a breakup of all open and finalised complaints per month.

Complaints By Issue

• This widget displays a breakup of all finalised complaints by issue. 
• The purpose of this widget is to visually identify any systemic issues.
  
  

ERM Statistics

• This widget displays the number of forms that have been submitted year to date and up to previous five years.  
• By clicking on the down arrow you can drill down on the forms and what months they were submitted and the FormID should you wish to investigate any forms further.
• Please note you will only be able to see forms where you are either the Owner or Manager
