Email notifications of the Complaint Form can be configured based on your requirements and can be added or amended at any stage.
Notifications can be sent:
- When the complaint is first submitted
- When the complaint is updated
- When the complaint is resolved and finalised
If you would like to see the configuration, go to the 'My Favourites' widget on your Dashboard and click on the shortcut as indicated below.
Please note - if you do not have this shortcut then you do not have access be able to view the information.Click on the Forms tab and information about each of the forms will appear.
To view the email configuration, click on the Envelope or Envelope with tick. If the icon appearing is the Envelope with a tick, this indicates that there is also an approval process configured for this form, click on that icon and you will see both the email configuration and the approval process configuration.
