Within CCX360, you cannot permanently delate a User from within your site, you can only "delete" their profile from being active.
To disable/delete a user's profile:-
- Click on the Administration icon within the left-hand navigation and click on the Users button
- Locate the existing user and click on their profile to open it. Go the field title 'Status' and change it from 'Active' to 'Deleted' and then click on the 'Save' button.
Please note
- if the User is allocated any tasks, they will also need to be removed from any tasks as they will continue to run.
- it is extremely important to regularly review your list of users and delete those which have left the Organisation.
