You can add or remove users from receiving the Staff Compliance Declaration or the AR Compliance Declaration.
To do this, go to your Dashboard and click on the shortcut as indicated below.
Please note - if you do not have this shortcut then you do not have access be able to view the information.
Click on the Tasks tab and all tasks will appear.
Due to the number of tasks within CCX360, add the word 'Declaration' in the search field as indicated and click on the 'Search' button - this will filter all the tasks and will display the Authorised Representative Compliance Declaration (if applicable) and the Staff Compliance Declaration.
Click on the pencil icon and go to the User tab.
All users will be displayed with any users already allocated to the Declaration indicated by a tick next to their usernames.
If you have access to multiple sites and/or businesses, you may choose to filter the user list by email address to pin point a specific user group.
Either untick the user if you want to remove them from the Declaration or tick a user to add them to the Declaration.
Scroll to the bottom on the screen and click on the 'Save' button.
