Upon creating a new user, you may want to 'Invite' them to the platform and set their own password. This is also how you sent the password reset email when they have locked themselves out of CCX360 or didnt click the link within the 24h hours of the link being sent.
Click Administration in the left hand side navigation and select the Users button, visible next to the Users details is an 'Invite User' button.
Upon clicking on the 'Invite User' button, the email template will appear for you to check and send when ready.
The user will receive the email and the status of their user profile will be 'Pending'.
They will not be able to logon until they reset their password and any email notifications set up for you will not be sent until their account is activated via resetting their password.
